All refs at USA Fencing sanctioned tournaments must have current USA Fencing memberships. All referees 18 and older must be Professional members and complete Safe Sport training. In upcoming seasons, The Bay Cup will continue its annual referee reward program. We honor referees who come out to referee the most. The top 2 Senior and Under 18 refs will receive complimentary Bay Cup season memberships for next season. This membership can be used by the winner or can be gifted to another fencer.
